Ordering and Inventory

At the moment we currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Shop Pay.

Occasionally due to demand and our shoes being handmade, we are sold out of some products. You may inquire to alex@sayulada.com for an update of when it should be back in stock.

Absolutely. Our shoes are individually handmade which allows for some customization with various colors and styles. If you'd like to inquire about designing a unique pair to yourself email alex@sayulada.com 

Shipping

Anywhere within the United States. For international orders please inquire with us directly. 

We'll send you email updates along the way! After completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email that includes an order number. Then once the package is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you're happy with your new shoes. We offer 30 day, hassle-free returns on your purchases.

Contact alex@sayulada.com and we'll email you a prepaid return label for UPS or USPS.

Sizing

Remember leather stretches! We recommend getting them snug at first. For our detailed size guide please refer here
